Adult Mental Health First Aid - Blended Format

Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. This course is free and includes 2.5 hours of online learning, and 4.5 hours of in person learning. You must be registered and have completed the online portion to attend the in person learning.
