Join McLaren Health Plan to work with a Community Navigator. Navigators can help you update your MiBridges case, complete Medicaid renewals or initial Medicaid applications and connect you to other community resources if needed. This event occurs every 3rd Wednesday from 1PM-4PM at the Sandusky District Library. Registration is encouraged but not required. Walk-in assistance will be on a FCFS basis and registered appointments will be prioritized. This event is open to ALL Community members.
